For the whole month of April, we unlocked the power of literature by sharing poetry and prose featured in k-dramas and k-movies.

Famous contemporary Korean poet Na Tae-joo (나태주) (b. 1945) started his writing career in 1971. He was working as an elementary school teacher then and continued teaching for more than 40 years. In an interview, he describes poets as “emotional service men who ease the world’s pain and depression.”
